Payment methods
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB), PayPay, convenience store (konbini), and bank transfer. Convenience store payment is not available for payments over ¥300,000, and PayPay is not available for payments over ¥1,000,000.
Payment timing
Credit card and PayPay: charged when the order is placed. Convenience store (konbini): please pay by the deadline shown (typically within 3 days) after placing your order. Bank transfer: please transfer the payment within 5 days of your order date (the due date is shown in your order confirmation email, and also on your account page if you have an account). If we cannot confirm your payment after the due date, your order will be cancelled automatically.
Delivery schedule
Orders ship on the dispatch date listed on the product page.
Returns & exchanges
Each item is made to order, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference. If your item arrives damaged, soiled, or with a printing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will reprint or refund your order.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled at no charge before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations can no longer be accepted.
