This is the standard template attached to each Limited Edition product. In actual edition products, the dynamic placeholder {Date} is replaced with the real value at the time the product is created.
This Contract Terms (the "Terms") is an agreement between the owner of this work (the "Owner" or "you") and the person who set the Terms in the bottom of the Terms (the "Contracting Party").
The Owner hereby confirms and agrees to the contents of the Terms.
| Explanation for retransfer | If the Owner re-transfers the work to another owner, please inform the next owner of the contents of the Terms in advance, and obtain their consent before retransferring the work. |

| SRR (Startrail Registry Record) transfer | The Owner shall change the owner information on the Startrail PORT by transferring the SRR (Startrail Registry Record) to the next owner via email or Ethereum Address. |
| Amendment procedure | The contents of the Terms may be amended by agreement between the Owner and the Contracting Party. |

| Artist approval | If the Contracting Party (GicleePOD) is not the artist of the work, the artist's approval is required for any amendment to the Terms. |
The Terms shall be construed and applied in accordance with the laws of Japan.
