before you start

A summary of the questions we hear most often about using GicleePOD.

GicleePOD is a print-on-demand service for artists. Just upload your artwork and we handle everything from order intake through payment, printing, framing, packaging and shipping — on your behalf. No setup or monthly fees, no inventory risk, and you get a dedicated art store of your own.

Orders placed before noon ship the same day.

Sign-up and monthly use are completely free. Print costs and platform fees apply only when a product is sold. Platform fees do not apply when you place orders for yourself, or when using external store integrations like Shopify or STORES.

We accept returns and exchanges only for defective products.

You can choose from A5–A1, plus 12×12 in (30.5×30.5 cm) and 20×20 in (50.8×50.8 cm). Edition limits, sale price, and other settings are fully your call.
